the Trinity 1.0 Program

The Trinity 1.0 program is based on the development of fundamental habits and structures that you can use within your life. This is not a hard and fast framework, but more of a light framework of experiments based on science that present actions that could be used by adults with ADHD to enable them to thrive through the creation of consistency, focus, and creating their own structure in their lives.

mind module

The Mind module focuses on cultivating alignment between your conscious and subconscious processes. Its purpose is to help you become a clearer observer of your own inner world. By learning to recognize the thoughts, emotions, and patterns moving beneath the surface of awareness, you develop the capacity to witness your mental activity without being swept up in it.

This alignment creates a sense of internal coherence, allowing your intentions, actions, and deeper motivations to work together rather than in conflict. Over time, this strengthens clarity, emotional regulation, and a grounded sense of self-awareness. Thus enabling you to thrive with your ADHD in ways you never thought possible.

Body module

The Body module is designed to be completed only after the Mind module, because it builds directly on the self-awareness and internal observation skills developed there. Once you have learned to notice your thoughts and mental patterns, this module guides you to connect those insights with the sensations and signals of your physical body.

 

Developing body awareness is especially important for individuals with ADHD, as the body often reacts before the mind has time to name or understand what is happening. Through this module, you will learn to identify how your body responds to both internal experiences, such as emotions or thoughts, and external inputs, such as food, environment, or sensory stimulation.

By tuning into these subtle physical cues, you begin to notice patterns that may have previously gone overlooked. This deepens your ability to regulate attention, energy, and emotional responses. The Body module helps you embody what you learned in the Mind module, transforming insight into lived experience, and prepares you for the practical, real-world applications you will explore in the Life module.

life module

The Life module draws its power from the foundation built in the Mind and Body modules. Without the awareness skills developed in the Mind module and the embodied self-understanding cultivated in the Body module, the tools in this module would not have the grounding needed to create real, lasting change.

In the Life module, we focus on integrating your internal growth into your external world. This is where insight turns into action. You will learn how to shape your routines, relationships, environment, and habits in ways that support your well-being rather than work against it. This is the stage where we begin designing your life intentionally, rather than reacting to it.

This is the moment where the work becomes visible: where you step into ownership, agency, and direction. By applying what you’ve learned, you begin to create a life that not only sustains you, but allows you to thrive. And in doing so, you naturally share your strengths, creativity, and unique gifts with others. The Life module is about building a world you can live in fully, confidently, and authentically.
