Awakened Divergence LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides coaching for adults working on attention, executive function, habits, and personal growth. We respect your privacy and explain below how we handle your information.

We collect information you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, appointment information, and coaching-intake details. Intake details may include your goals, challenges, routines, and information about your health or personal circumstances that you choose to share.

We also maintain communication records, SMS consent and opt-out records, and payment or transaction information needed to administer your services.

  • Schedule and deliver coaching services.

  • Communicate with you about coaching and respond to questions.

  • Send appointment reminders, coaching check-ins, and account or program updates.

  • Process payments and maintain business records.

We send recurring text messages only after obtaining your consent. Promotional texts require separate, express consent.

Information Sharing and SMS Privacy

We do not sell your personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. We do not transfer your consent to another business.

We use service providers, including GoHighLevel and messaging, scheduling, and payment providers, to operate our business. They may process information only as needed to provide services on our behalf, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Processing needed to operate our SMS service does not authorize independent use of your phone number or consent.

We may disclose other information when legally required or necessary to protect legal rights or safety. These sharing provisions do not authorize sharing SMS opt-in data or consent for another party’s use.

SMS Choices

If you opt in, you may receive appointment reminders, coaching check-ins, and account or program notifications from [Business Name]. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel text messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact christopher.barber@awakened-divergence.com. After opting out, you may receive one final unsubscribe confirmation.

Security and Retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, although no electronic system is completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive health information by ordinary text message.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain required records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We may retain limited consent and opt-out records to document and honor your preferences.

Access, Correction, and Deletion
